Chamber Music.

Irene develops an intense Chamber Music activity with outstanding musicians as Angelo Montanaro, André Cebrián or Raúl Mirás and has collaborated with Alaia Ensemble, Zoar Ensemble or Cuarteto Ribera. Besides, she is a founder member of the Natalia Ensemble, unique project of 17 musicians who play their own arrangements of symphonic repertoire without conductor. 

She performs regularly in Song Recitals and has accompanied Bryn Terfel, Plácido Domingo, Raquel Lojendio, Susana Cordón, Sandra Ferrández, Javier Franco, Eugenia Boix, Lucía Martín Cantón or Josep Ramón Olivé, among other singers.

Repetiteur / Orchestra.

As repetiteur she collaborates regularly with the Auditorio Miguel Delibes, Teatro Calderón of Valladolid and Coro y Orquesta Nacionales de España in piano rehearsals with singers as Felicitty Lott, Bryn Terfel, Magdalena Kozena, Iain Bostridge, Angela Denoke, Katerina Karneus,Charlotte Hellekant, Ekaterina Bakanova, Annalisa Stroppa, Roman Trekel, Hanno Müller or Ainhoa Arteta and conductors as Jesús López Cobos, David Afkham, Lepold Hager, Jean Christophe Spinosi, Lionel Bringuier, Vasily Petrenko, Ros Marbá or Jordi Casas. 

Her repertoire includes: Verdi, Traviata, Bellini, Norma, Britten, War Requiem, Chapí, Curro Vargas, Chueca, El Bateo y Agua, Azucarillos y Aguardiente, Haydn, Der Schöpfung, Humperdinck, Hänsel und Gretel, Mozart, Le Nozze di Figaro and Cosí fan tutte, Orff, Carmina Burana , Poulenc, La Voix Humaine, Wagner, Der fliegender Holländer and Die Walküre, among others.

As Orchestra player (piano and celesta), she collaborates with the Orquesta Sinfónica de Castilla y León and Coro y Orquesta Nacionales de España. 

Vocal Coach.

Irene is Professor (Vocal Coach) at the Escuela de Canto de Madrid since 2012. She has given masterclasses at the Escola Superior so Música e do Espectáculo do Porto (Portugal), Conservatorio Nino Rota di Monopoli (Italy), and Conservatoire de Musique de Genève (Swizterland). 

She also collaborates in Social Projects as Musicien Relais de Festival d'Aix en Provence, ASPAYM for disabled people, Cantania and Choeur de Maison Quartier de Eaux-Vivres de Genève.

Irene obtained her PHD with outstanding Cum Laude at the University of Valladolid in 2022 with her thesis «The Songs of Jesús Legido: poetic and musical analysis» under the tuition of Iván Iglesias She has published articles in Revista de Musicología and participates in different research temas in Spain and abroad.
